SHIPPING POLICY
Since we don't have inventory premade and every piece is custom sewed one by one, by hand to each customer specific measurements height and color requested, orders typically take 1-3 weeks depending on the current volume of orders(this does not include 2-3 business days shipping time). You can elect to pay the rush order fee and receive your piece by the deadline.
RETURN POLICY
Every piece is made custom to each individual customer's specific measurements and color request , we can not offer refunds. We can do absolutely NO exchanges or refunds on gowns. Zero expectations . However, we still want all of our customers to be happy with our services. If you have any questions are concerns please reach out to us at acydniclothing@gmail.com and we can only do FREE alterations.
If a product doesn't fit for any reason we are more than happy to alter it to fit for you. Please include a picture of you wearing the piece and/ or a detailed description of alterations needed, so we can ensure that it fits you perfectly.
All garments must be returned unworn and unwashed within 12 days for alterations or store credit. We only offer ONE time alterations. For any further alterations after the first, there may be a labor charge.
